Subscriptions & Licensing
ONA Dashboard uses a freemium model. Basic network graph features are free, while advanced tools require a Pro license.

Getting Pro Access
There are two ways to activate Pro:
1. Subscription (Monthly or Yearly)
- Click the FREE badge in the top-right header, or attempt to use a Pro feature
- Choose Monthly ($19/month) or Yearly ($190/year)
- You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page
- After payment, your account is upgraded immediately
Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel at any time (see below).
2. License Key
If you've been given a license key:
- Click the FREE badge in the header
- Enter your key in the license key field
- Click Activate Key
License keys have a fixed expiry date and do not auto-renew.
Managing Your Subscription
To manage your subscription (update payment method, change plan, or cancel):
- Click the PRO badge in the header
- Click Manage Subscription
- You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal
From the portal you can:
- Update your payment method
- Switch between monthly and yearly plans
- View billing history
- Cancel your subscription
Cancelling
When you cancel a subscription:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period (you've already paid for it)
- Your plan status changes to Cancelled in the system
- At the end of the billing period, your account reverts to Free
- No further charges are made
You can reactivate at any time before the period ends from the Stripe Customer Portal.
14-Day Free Trial
New users get a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No payment method required. When the trial ends, you can subscribe or continue with the free tier.
Billing & Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are in NZD
- Invoices and receipts are available in the Stripe Customer Portal
- Failed payments are retried automatically by Stripe before the subscription is cancelled
